About The Calm Collective
We are a team of Registered Psychotherapists, Marriage and Family Therapists, and Registered Social Workers with graduate degrees in counselling, couple and family therapy, and social work. At our practice we offer individual, couple, and family therapy for a variety of concerns. Our approach is compassionate, supportive, empathic, and strengths based. We see engaging with your mental health and emotions as a huge strength and achievement. We are firmly grounded in employing researched modalities in our practice that we have studied professionally. Our style is gentle, with insight-based and thought provoking questions that help shift perspective. We take care to integrate your world view and story into therapy to help find meaning and healing that is right for you. We are inclusive therapists and advocates and welcome LGBTTIQQ2S. We offer both short and long-term therapy. Sessions can vary in length; a typical session is 50 minutes for an individual and 75 minutes for a couple or a family. Both daytime and evening appointments are available, as well as online therapy. We look forward to working with you!
