About The Care
What started as a resource for those experiencing homelessness grew into community building resources. The Care Co. uses the KISP method from educating and empowering patients about their care in the moment to assisting new parents with finding or building a community they can trust. The pilot program was created in fall 2020 with just the Founder and a cabinet full of black tea to fuel their wildest dreams and mountain of notes to 2025 seeing the slated release of an app passionately built with the help a growing list of community leaders, local shops, advocacy groups, healthcare professionals and educators.
