The foundation is a scholarship & programing organization with a committement to address the wealth achievement gap impacting children's path to success and personal fullfillment. We do so in the memory of the late Eddie Carter, and in the honor of Margurette Brooks Carter, both first generation college graduates and community leaders, dedicated to sharing their time, talent, and resources as they helped guide and support youth. We are deducated to finding a unique way to continue their efforts as we work alongside retired educator, Mrs. Carter. We will serve the community by carrying out the mission of building a formidable network of community organizers, business leaders, family, friends and neighbors to ensure equitable access for the advancement of all youth & future leaders.
