At our center, we are dedicated to providing the frum community with high-quality, results-driven mental health care. We specialize in evidence-based treatments that are effective, efficient, and tailored to each individual, helping frum individuals and families thrive through proven approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Our team is intensively trained in DBT and other evidence-based modalities, ensuring the highest standards of care. We bridge the gap between research and practice, staying up to date with the latest advancements so our clients get the best treatments available—now, not years down the line. Our mission is simple: to make effective therapy accessible, practical, and life-changing. We offer DBT groups tailored for frum women, teens, and girls, as well as for their families, addressing specific needs within the community. Our graduate-level DBT groups support frum women in deepening their skills, while we also provide DBT Skills groups for professionals. Additionally, we offer three interactive communities: Power Parenting, Family and Friends (for those supporting loved ones with mental health struggles), and Mindfulness. These groups foster growth, connection, and emotional well-being, helping individuals and families thrive.
