🧮 The Center for Human Decision Intelligence (CHDI) exists to improve decision-making with human intelligence & bridge the gap between human thinking and machine thinking. Ni'coel teaches individuals to heighten human ways of collecting data (from places other than spreadsheets) and to process that intel in human ways (nonliteral and non-linear critical thinking). ❶ helping humans overcome the negative impacts of AI (algos throwing out the top 5% of people in order to adhere to a curve) ❷ helping humans regain their advance, amplifying human problem-solving skills so they can contribute alongside technology ❸ helping really smart people, unwilling to quit, work WITHIN and AROUND broken systems to achieve their goals CHDI offers practical ways for individuals to build human decision intelligence skills. The six core skills are: Identifying the root cause versus only treating symptoms, navigating liminality, adopting a mindset of playfulness, leveraging the intelligence of paradox, committing to the process of becoming, and applying existential math to our calculations. 🐦🔥As we enter the Fourth Industrial Revolution, human suffering & lack of analytical skills are compounding. Individuals & society need to be equipped to adapt to rapid advancements in technology and acclimatize to new existential threats. For this reason, human intelligence in contrast to machine intelligence, is the priority.
