About The Center for Mindful Learning

Our vow is to create a contemplative culture in the modern world. Our residential program, CML Residential, develops leaders who embody wisdom, power, and love through extensive mindfulness training and running the non-profit organization. Our interactive, online mindfulness program, Modern Mindfulness, empowers students and their teachers with the skills of focus and relaxation in just five minutes a day.
