Services are provided by matching Volunteer Caregivers in three core programs: * Transportation Program - escorted transportation for medical appointments and necessary shopping. * Caregiver Support Program - respite or “time off” for primary caregivers, plus information and training. The Center is the only nonprofit in Wake County that offers volunteer caregiver support. * In-Home Connections Program - friendly visiting and chore services focused on maintaining a safe and healthy environment, including light housekeeping, yard work and shopping.
