The Gloria Cordes Larson Center for Women and Business (CWB) at Bentley University is a catalyst for amplifying the power of all women from the classroom to the boardroom to drive equity and innovation in the business world. Through enriching programs, impactful partnerships, and data-backed research, the CWB will address the most pressing gender equity and leadership challenges in today’s business landscape and inspire transformative change across industries. For Business Professionals: We provide thought leadership on critical workplace diversity issues and the best practices, programs, and policies that foster inclusion. Through our signature workshops, we engage individuals at all levels of the organization and help our corporate partners ignite change and advance their diversity goals. For Alumni: We work with alumni to provide resources that aid in the understanding of key DEI topics around intersectionality, gender, and equity in an effort to empower them to foster inclusive workplace cultures. We also work with alumni to develop strategies for self-advocacy and success. For Students: We offer programs and advise student organizations in an effort to promote intersectional gender equity on Bentley’s campus. During our programs, students of all genders, graduate and undergraduate, engage with these topics in a safe and brave environment and learn strategies that transform their knowledge and beliefs into actionable allyship on campus and beyond With Faculty: Bentley faculty work closely with our center through research, speaking engagements, teaching, and student mentorship.
