About The Children's Family Trust
The Children’s Family Trust (aka The CFT) is one of the oldest and most established charitable independent Fostering Agencies in the UK. The CFT recruits and supports foster carers across England in taking care of vulnerable children and young people and ensuring that any child that comes into our care, has our support for life. With the dedication and commitment of our foster carers, staff and supporters, we can ensure that we continue ‘Changing Futures Together’. The ethos of our organization is ‘Family For Life’ which means we are MORE than just a fostering agency. Many children are in care through no fault of their own and need a stable, safe and loving environment to develop and thrive. Many of our ‘Looked after’ children placed here with us at The Children’s Family Trust remain with our foster families for many years. We have four regional offices based in Bromsgrove, Bishop Auckland, Wakefield & Waterlooville and are currently working to expand our services in the East Midlands of England. The Children’s Family Trust are a small ‘family’ orientated agency who provide extremely high quality support to our carers, our carers own children and our ‘looked after’ children. We are looking for people who are interested in making a real commitment to changing ‘looked after’ children and young people’s lives for the better.
