Founded in 1953, The Children's Guild is dedicated to transforming the way children are cared for across Maryland, Washington, D.C., and the nation. As a leading mid-Atlantic nonprofit, we serve children, families, communities, and child-serving organizations through education, workforce development, special needs services, family care, and behavioral health. We are accredited by the Commission of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) internationally accredited organization. The Children's Guild is one of the largest providers of charter schools, special education, autism services, treatment foster care, and family mental and behavioral health services in the Baltimore-Washington region.
