We are an artisan chocolate shop, an ice cream parlor, a hot chocolate & espresso bar, we serve hot and iced drinks and exceptional candy. We are artists making chocolate daily and serving beautiful & delicious hand-crafted artisan truffles in our shop. Turtles, sea salt caramels, chocolate dipped pretzels & cookies will tempt your taste buds. A scrumptious variety of barks, bars, and nut clusters will satisfy your chocolate cravings. Come in and be in awe of our "edible art gallery" in our truffle and caramel cases. Our chocolatier's artistry will impress you, only to be surpassed by how delicious they taste. We are an ice cream parlor and soda fountain serving Amazing Ice Cream, made here in ice cream kitchen, located next to our chocolate kitchen, under the same roof as our Chocolate Chisel shop. Our ice cream ingredients start with Wisconsin cow's milk and cream. Our ice cream has real flavors and minimal ingredients. You will not find any FD&C colors, preservatives or propylene glycol in our ice cream. Your taste buds will recognize the difference of real fruit, nuts, chocolate and natural flavors. Come to our shop and try some of our ice cream. You will be amazed! You will see why our customers keep coming back for more! We can't wait to serve you our delicious European style hot chocolate drinks in flavors that match our truffles or your imagination. Our hot chocolate bar also serves espresso, chai tea & herbal teas all year round, and iced drinks. We carry an assortment of organic candy. Come in and see our current offerings. We are open 7 days a week. 10am-9pm winter, and 10am-10pm summer. We are closed the following holidays: Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and December 26th, New Year's Day and January 2nd. We are open all other holidays and special occasions.
