About THE CIVICS Innovation Hub
THE CIVICS Innovation Hub is a pan-European non-profit organization, founded in February 2021 by three professionals with extensive backgrounds in democracy development and civic education. Supported by partners in different European countries and advised by stakeholders, philanthropies, professionals, and civic education agencies in Europe. We are the first pan-European non-profit that promotes mapping, exchange, learning, and innovation in civic education bottom-up. Our mission is to enhance the democratic resilience of citizens across Europe by supporting citizens and civic educators to deal with major challenges of our time, such as threats to democracy, climate change, and social divides. As proud managers of the European Network for Civic Education #NECE, we aim to promote the sharing of knowledge and best practices in civic education.
