About The Claims Bridge International
The Claims Bridge International team came together to reimagine catastrophic auto hail claims and find a better way of handling these events for our Insurance clients, leading to better outcomes for their Reinsurers, Brokers and their Customers. TCBI has now launched EziClaims Suite, a cloud-based, turnkey solution to digitize Insurers vehicle hail damage estimation, triage and repair process. This works alongside the Insurer's existing Claims operations and systems. So how does it work? Once the insured completes their First Notice of Loss (FNOL) process, EziClaims Suite enables the customer to photograph and document the damage to their vehicle(s) on their cell phone, via a web-enabled online application. The software then uses this data to provide an immediate Preliminary Estimate (PE) and the smart triage technology recommends the most efficient and effective way to repair the car, whether Paintless Dent Repair (PDR), Conventional, Combo (PDR+Conventional) or alternatively the vehicle is identified as a Total Loss. The software maximises the allocation of repairs to the PDR lane, as this is the fastest and most cost effective way to repair the vehicle. Once the estimate is approved, the EziClaims online site allows customers to book their vehicles into TCBI nationals PDR/repair shop network and track the progress of the repair. The key features and benefits for the insurer include: Significantly reduces insurers’ total claims costs Improves the customer experience Can be rapidly deployed, as no systems integration is required Minimizes face-to-face interactions, providing contactless claims services Fully compliant with U.S. data protection and privacy protocols The platform is re-skinned with the Insurers brand Ezi as that!
