Our purpose is to support the awakening of as many people as possible, so that together we can build and sustain peaceful and just communities. We work with individuals, leaders and also businesses to support their conscious awakening. With individuals and leaders this includes working together to discover the "ghosts in the machine" of our life that hold us back from functioning at our very very best. In the end the quality of connection that individuals have with themselves determines the quality of connections they can have with those they live and work with. About Ian Haycroft: Ian works to support individuals and organisations to awaken to what most authentically matters to them. Ian spent the early part of his professional life as a secondary school teacher in Australia. A journey of discovery to India and Nepal in the 70’s turned his attention to the inner journey of spirit and how to apply those lessons to personal and professional life. A one year trip, which was meant to end in hitch hiking across America experiencing spiritual communities, morphed into a 20 year stay in the United States where Ian worked primarily in the not for profit sector and international relief. It is there he met his wife and they built a family together. In the late 90’s Ian and his family moved to China, where Ian managed an early stage agricultural export joint venture between US and Chinese businesses. After three years in China, Ian and his family moved on to Australia to “begin again”. Back in Australia Ian started his own business, Clearmind Australia. Using the tools of kinesiology and his inner experiences, Ian supported individuals past the issues that held them back from awakening to their most important potential. His interest extended not just to how to help individuals personally, but to supporting individuals and leaders in business and organisations.
