The Clearing Crew is built on compassion, grounded in experience, and driven by a deep belief that everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and in control of their own space. Between us, Colleen and I have spent decades working alongside people who’ve faced all kinds of challenges - supporting them to be heard, seen, and treated with dignity. That experience, along with a person centred and trauma-informed approach, is at the heart of everything we do. We work across West Norfolk and Cambridgeshire (and occasionally a bit further afield if asked nicely!) offering discreet, professional, and non-judgemental support with decluttering, organisation, and hoard clearance. Whether we’re working directly with individuals or in partnership with local authorities or community groups, our focus is always the same: to meet people where they are and help them move forward - without shame, pressure or overwhelm. We know this work is deeply personal. That’s why we take the time to listen, work at your pace, and create a safe, calm environment that puts you in the driving seat. Our team is DBS checked, fully trained in COSHH, safeguarding, and trauma-informed practice - because safety, trust, and respect are the foundation of everything we offer.
