About The Climate Governance Initiative Hong Kong Chapter
The Climate Governance Initiative Hong Kong Chapter (“CGI HK”) is a local Chapter of Climate Governance Initiative (“CGI”), which is composed of, currently, over 34 Chapters in over 50 countries. Taking part in the global drive of Climate Governance Initiative’s Eight Principles, CGI HK is committed to reaching out to directors with the objectives of advancing knowledge, motivating action and propagating board practice in climate governance. To support directors in climate governance, CGI HK undertakes to develop and curate regular forums and training, organised for onsite and/or online participation, and to produce and share published information. These activities offer opportunities of learning by and interaction among NEDs, EDs and subject matter experts. The Hong Kong Institute of Directors (“HKIoD”) is pleased to be tasked to host the CGI HK.
