Betsy Karp is a Health and Wellness Counselor, with certifications from Columbia University's Teacher's College and The Institute of Integrative Nutrition in Health Counseling. Color affects our moods and attitudes. Science has proven that each color stimulates different neurons in the brain that affect a wide array of things including a person’s emotional state, the ability to detect movement, and even one's appetite.
