The Comfort Couch is a warm, safe space for anyone who’s feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking to understand themselves better. Founded by Ananya Roy, a Counselling Psychologist with experience in over 1200 sessions and supporting more than 150 individuals aged 14 to 40, our work is rooted in care, connection, and the belief that healing begins when you feel truly seen and heard. We offer online 1:1 counselling for anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship concerns, low self-worth, and life transitions—all held gently, at your pace. Our approach blends person-centered, trauma-informed, and eclectic therapy methods to support each person’s emotional wellbeing in a way that feels personal and empowering. At The Comfort Couch, we understand that therapy is not just about solving problems—it’s about building a deeper relationship with yourself.
