About The Comfy Workplace Limited
We specialise in office ergonomics, sustainable furniture and acoustic solutions (with 35 years of experience supplying conventional office furniture too). Office Ergonomics - As experts in the field of office ergonomics we provide preventative and corrective solutions to address the health and wellness of the employee whilst also satisfying the employer’s legal requirements. Our trained assessors will assess the person and their working environment before making any necessary adjustments and/or recommending more suitable seating and equipment. We can then provide demonstration products for evaluation by the employee over the following days, combined with one-to-one training to ensure best practice is adopted and the products are used most effectively. Our senior Ergonomic/DSE Assessor is qualified to Advanced level and also holds Emergency First Aid in the Workplace Level 6, First Aid for Outdoor Incident Management Level 6 and is qualified in pre-hospital care. Sustainable Furniture - It goes without saying that sustainability is crucial to the future and this is something that we at The Comfy Workplace don’t take lightly. Working with leading European manufacturer Vepa, we supply furniture made from sustainable materials and clean production methods in a waste-free factory, where all residual material is either reused or recycled. Conventional, more harmful materials are being replaced by sustainable or recycled alternatives, such as hemp and roadside grass, plastic bottles, etc. Acoustic Solutions - We address acoustic problems by devising effective, stylish and modern solutions that will block or absorb disruptive sound waves. Whether a simple off-the-peg product is all that’s needed, something engineered to fit - we devise solutions and provide the products. Conventional Furniture - With over 35 years of experience supplying conventional furniture, we offer a seamless end to end service, from the initial enquiry through to installation and beyond.
