COMMERCIAL was founded in 1990 as a drywall contractor working throughout Baltimore City. Executing projects with the highest level of excellence, quality, and superior service, propelled the company to experience consistent organic growth and become one of the largest drywall companies in the Mid-Atlantic. In the last 15 years COMMERCIAL has successfully expanded services beyond interiors construction to include real estate development, general contracting, and construction management.
