About The Community Warehouse
Community Warehouse (CW) is a faith-based organization that helps individuals and families impacted by incarceration overcome social, economic, and criminal justice system barriers. We believe everyone deserves a second chance, and we're committed to helping those impacted by the justice system to overcome the challenges they face. Our flagship initiative, Partners in Hope, focuses on prisoner reintegration grounded in Biblical principles. The program is designed to help participants achieve maturity in their faith and interpersonal skills, contribute positively to their community, attain sustainable employment, secure stable housing, break free from addictions, and establish positive family relationships. We achieve these goals through training, mentorship, and transitional job opportunities. Partners in Hope begins with a one-week soft skills workshop that covers essential skills such as goal-setting, time management, financial management, fatherhood, and effective communication. Participants then have the opportunity to work in transitional jobs at our stores or with our partner companies, receiving ongoing support from mentors from diverse fields, as well as peer-to-peer mentorship from formerly incarcerated individuals. Partners in Hope places emphasis on core spiritual principles such as grace, hope, honesty, integrity, respect, and the dignity of work. By instilling these values in our participants, we help them achieve their goals and build better lives. We need your support to provide these life-changing programs. Your donations can help us continue providing support and services to those who need them the most. To make a donation, please visit www.cwdonate.org. At CW, we believe that by working together, we can break the cycle of recidivism and create a more just and equitable society for all.
