CONFIANCE was started in 1996 by Elize Bokelman as an Accounting Office with the focus on Tax Efficient planning for professional clients for their practices and wealth growth. As Confiance means “trust” we pride ourselves in the fact that we endeavour to build and maintain the necessary trust with our clients. Confiance Accountants, Tax and Legal Consultants (Pty) Ltd acts predominantly as an Accounting office that implements and maintains the tax planning done by Elize Bokelman. More than nineteen years ago there was a lot of talk and planning to create a tier of accountants that was not for chartered accountants but financial accountants. Elize seized this opportunity and created Confiance as a training office in the Western Cape for such accountants. We have subsequently had great success training these accountants over the years. Under the guidance of our in-house certified financial planner, Elize Bokelman, and a team of attorneys and other financial planners, we offer various estate planning services for you and your family and can assist in the administration of a deceased estate at Confiance Multi Family Office (Pty) Ltd (CMFO). The planning is done holistically looking at what is available for you and your family given the position of your personal estate, Trusts you benefit from or are involved in and entities used in your individual structure. The planning thus takes into account your individual needs, your business structures and family obligations while looking at creative ways to better your structure given your retirement and succession needs and wants.
