The Conflict Alchemy Project is a consulting service whose training and workshops provide spaces and techniques for managing conflict. The main goal of the project is to transform conflicts into opportunities for dialogue, healing and profound change within individuals and collectives. The project was born from the will of two friends, human rights activists and peace fellows, to help people address conflict. We all encounter conflicts, in our relationships, our work, between social groups, in our politics. We all deal with both our own emotions, and others', on a daily basis. Comprehending and addressing conflict are key ingredients of living together as a community. With the right tools, understanding each other can be a playful rather than a daunting process. When we make sense of our experiences together, we can find creative solutions. Conscious that transformation requires time, care, vulnerability and creativity, we designed practical and accessible tools for everyday life. They are designed for anyone in a conflictive situation.
