The Consulting Space was formed in 2009 and since then has become a trusted advisor to a number of clients. Our focus has always been on partnering and collaborating with our clients to deliver truly tailored solutions. We specialise in enabling extraordinary business transformations to succeed through understanding, analysing and engaging with organisations. Our core business is to help organisations bring their staff from point A to point B in order to realise a vision. We understand the many ways that change affects a business and its people and have tried and tested methods that can mitigate and minimise negative impacts. Another spoke on the wheel of business transformation is effective training and development. Over the years we have come to the conclusion that it is possible to train anything with enough commitment and collaboration to take an idea from inception to fruition. Our collaborative approach to designing and delivering training has seen us deliver complex Learning & Development projects. You bring us the idea and we will work with you to find a way to make it happen. We also play a role in supporting small businesses who are not yet of a size where they can employ an HR Manager, but understand the benefit of sound workplace relations advice and human resources strategy. Our consultants have experience working with some of Australia’s largest and most complex organisations, as well as organisations in Asia and the United Kingdom. We work in the ‘people space’, to deliver results through people.
