- The COOW is a global 3PL of 81+ warehouses (including USA, EU, China, & more). Our warehouses are strategically positioned globally to consolidate supply chains proximal to the point of manufacture to reduce unnecessary touches — added cost. - We consolidate goods from multiple factories in our FTZ warehouses in China duty-free, and then break down MOQs to make available to international distributors, as well as fulfill B2B and B2C. - Suppliers get their VAT rebate as soon as goods cross the threshold of our FTZ warehouses in Shanghai & Shenzhen. - We drop consolidated containers across global injection-points. Containers break-bulk in these cities because they are proximal to the final destinations of any given container, taking advantage of inexpensive last-mile delivery to DCs, stores, or consumers. - Doing the warehousing and VA services in the country of origin, China or otherwise, means little to no unloading, storage and re-loading at a warehouse in the US/EU. Thereby cutting out some of the largest frequent touches in supply chain expenses. - We can do all EDI, retail compliance, & GS 128 labeling in the country of origin for major big box retailers. - We also have a trading license which enables our clients to sell product within the China domestic market. - The COOW becomes new exporter of record, disguising the supplier’s identity and pricing. Traditionally, this information is shown on export documents in the public domain, where anyone can look up a given company’s suppliers and what price was paid to them for product. With The COOW, this is no longer a concern. - We have very competitive ocean and air FCL & LCL rates, and partner with providers across the industry to support our clients and deliver wold-class service.
