About The Council: Leadership Academy

The Council is an education company helping students unleash their leadership potential. We work directly with students and their respective schools to give them intensive workshops of the highest grade. The Council is young, energetic, and has a team with years of experience and a stellar reputation in training Model United Nations delegates and organizing exchange programs. We believe future leaders need guidance - to perfect skills they may already have and achieve those they require - to be essential mentors to the teams they are heading - to let their aptitudes grow and reach beyond excellence They can be trailblazers. It is our mission at The Council to give every student the chance to harvest the skills they need through adulthood. Our programs help students unfold into the leaders we know they can be. By tapping into their talents as public speakers, role players, researchers, and negotiators, we aim to show students how they can lead and succeed. Programs Offered: All programs are made up of 8 sessions, 3 hours each. Life Skills Sessions: A course designed to train students' life skills, with two available levels. Through these sessions they will better their public speaking, negotiation, teamwork, leadership, conflict resolution skills, among others. Additional Programs: Model UN Conferences, Leadership Summits, and Exchange Programs Students have the opportunity to participate in International MUN Conferences and leadership summits at universities like Harvard, Georgetown, Columbia and University of Pennsylvania, as well as take part in several annual exchange programs.
