About The Culture Collective

The Culture Collective was born out of a desire to see schools become environments that are safe and healthy for young people, their families, and the staff that work in these settings. Research tells us that the culture of an environment determines its success, and as a key component to a child’s development, it’s important school’s are successful in how they operate. Developing good culture doesn’t have to be complicated, but it requires many stakeholders to own it…the collective. The Culture Collective exists to help schools find simple ways to build strong culture, healthy relationships, and safe environments. Our main goal is to help communities thrive, through working to build positive & healthy culture. This comes as a result of more than just a program or curriculum. We work with schools to dig deeper and uncover how they can improve culture through a greater understanding of how theory and practice connect. Every environment is different, just as every individual in it is. We understand the complexities that come with schools, classrooms and the people you find in them. With this in mind, we take a very personal approach to our training and development. Working closely with you and your team, we tailor our workshops to closely meet the needs of your context, ensuring you receive the most practical and relevant support possible.
