About The Curtis Fund
Our Degree Scholarship Program offers scholarships to students pursuing two-year or four-year degrees. Best of all, these scholarships, which are $3400/year, are automatically renewed for the duration of a student’s postsecondary education, meaning recipients don’t have to worry about reapplying each year. In addition, students are allowed to take breaks, and their scholarship is renewed when they return to complete their education. In any given year approximately 600-700 students receive a degree scholarship. and last year we disbursed approximately $1.7M. Our Credentials of Value (CoV) Scholarship Program provides funding for students enrolled in short-term, career-focused, accredited educational or training certificate programs. CoVs are industry-recognized qualifications that open doors to high-demand, high-wage careers that don’t require a traditional college degree. Fields include healthcare, bookkeeping, coding, advanced manufacturing, diesel mechanics, and more. These scholarships range from $50-$3000 for the more costly programs.
