With associates from Oceanside to Downtown San Diego, we handle sales, leasing and investment properties for the entire greater San Diego area. Our boutique style office allows us to tailor our services specific to your unique needs. We will provide the same marketing reach and impact as larger franchise offices while still maintaining our personal touch and caring approach. We currently lease 50+ rental properties - handling everything from preparing the home for lease to all of the day to day tasks that arise through the term of the lease. We can assist you in acquiring and managing your property whether you would prefer an individual investment property or to be part of a limited partnership owning shares in multiple properties. With over 60 years of collective experience, The Davidson Group is qualified and equipped to provide you with the highest level of service available. Our team approach and collaborative atmosphere ensure you'll always have your needs met and questions answered as quickly as possible. In addition to our professional services, The Davidson Group is an active supporter of the U.S. Military and Operation Gratitude. Many members of our team have either served themselves or have close family in the military; much of our motivation and gratitude comes from this. In addition to our yearly trips to help pack care packages for deployed troops, we regularly donate items to service men and women and their families in need of furnishings for their homes after returning from deployment. We have painted houses, moved furniture, raised money, furnished whole homes, and are constantly finding new ways to show our appreciation for those who serve.
