Change the behavior... Change the result Hello! My name is Roger Daviston and I am a personal development consultant who specializes in helping clients make behavioral changes to get better results. While my desired outcome is behavioral change, I understand that change occurs at different levels. It’s impossible to help a person make cold calls, if he has a no soliciting sign on his own door. Call it what you want, but there must be some type of change on a spiritual level. The ground where we plant (make cold calls) will not be good soil until until we remove the sign from our own door and begin to change our core value about soliciting. My focus over the past few years has been with plumbing and HVAC companies, rooted in my decades of experience in the industry. However, I have consulted in many other industries. I have over 30 years of business experience. I earned a bachelor’s degree in corporate finance and investment management from the University of Alabama. I also served as a government bond trader for part of my career before building and selling two profitable businesses, one of which was a replacement HVAC business. I have been a personal development consultant since 2000, and I am a certified NLP Practitioner.
