With a focus on secondary, tertiary, and quaternary markets that are econometrically supported by countercyclical industries including STEM, aerospace, advanced manufacturing, healthcare and technology, The Dawson Company services include real estate development, acquisitions, design & construction management, strategic advisory, and asset management services. Under the leadership of Harold Dawson, Jr., The Dawson Company has developed, renovated, and/or managed over 5 million square feet of office, 1.5 million square feet of retail, and 15,000+ units of attached and multifamily housing.
