About The Dickinson Music Enrichment Center
The Dickinson Music Enrichment Center (TDMEC). TDMEC is a non-profit organization that provides free music lessons, musical supplies, and musical instruments for economically underprivileged school-aged children from 4th grade to 12th grade in the city of Dickinson, Texas. TDMEC desires to provide the benefits of a musical opportunity to those families that might find it a financial struggle for their kids to participate, despite their desire to do so. TDMEC is a 501(c3) organization offering twice a week after-school music lessons during the school year. TDMEC also provides free musical instruments for those children who complete one year of lessons with our organization and enroll in the Dickinson ISD 6th grade music program.
