Through art and community-building, DDE supports organizations to bridge the gaps between the intersections of race, class, gender, sexual identity, and orientation in holistic, transformative, and effective ways. The DDE team leverages decades of our team’s collective experience in education, community organizing, radical healing and advocacy to provide a unique portfolio of products and services including: Anti-Oppression Education. Offerings of real talk, no chaser approaches to anti-racism education. The kind of learning that is contextualized by facts, but fueled and measured by fundamental spiritual change, revealing many realities not present in traditional and predominantly white-led educational institutions. Facilitating a long-term process of “unlearning” the insidious agreements of white supremacy culture. DEIJ Assessments and Strategies. DDE provides tools and frameworks to unpack what's coming up for organizations and evaluate diversity, culture and relationships. Our DEIJ facilitation also includes accountability tools for individuals and teams that are navigating and processing the massive shifts all around. It provides opportunities for support, mirroring, affirmation, and reimagining - reminding and renewing the knowledge of Black MaGes and other marginalized groups that they are worthy of love, truth, and fulfillment of their visions.
