The DMF Group provides comprehensive CFO services to early-mid stage ventures, primarily but not exclusively in the high-tech space. A representative list of what we do is below, but we offer CEOs and management teams outside perspective from a vantage laced with business model optimization, operational practicality, and financial conscience (including pressing the hard decisions). We're as comfortable in the Board room and on road shows as we are in the day-to-day grind of accounting. Our approach is flexible and uniquely reactive when a company needs us, and it's progressive and proactive when they're rightly focused on their business. Our range sees us in Boston and NYC, but our client base stretches to LA and San Fran.
