We started upcycling used drill bits after collecting them on job sites we worked on as students and have continued to do so throughout our career. Most often these drill bits were tossed in a scrap pile but we saw an opportunity to transform them into emblems of school pride, company milestones, and career awards. Eventually this little hobby grew into a full blown business! We have greatly expanded our design options over the years and now offer full personalization.
