At its core, the project introduces practical frameworks—like the Challenge Interview, the 10-Minute Chatterbox Window, and the AMP Framework (Activities, Mentors, and Peers)—to help parents and caregivers nurture emotional insight, adaptive thinking, and identity formation in the midst of an increasingly fragmented, AI-driven world. Rooted in neuroscience, developmental psychology, and lived experience from neurodivergent and twice-exceptional parenting, The Dual Arc Project aims to make high-leverage, low-cost parenting practices accessible worldwide—building the next generation of grounded, curious, and resilient humans.
