The Edge Selection is a recruitment partner focused on recruiting individuals for a growing list of impressive clients across the Executive Education, Technology and Leisure sectors. We work with organisations ranging from small start-up's through medium-sized well established organisations to large corporates and are able to offer a full end to end recruitment service with extensive experience in all recruitment methodologies including executive search and advertised selection. Many of these we have worked with over a number of years, developing long-term relationships which allows us to take the time to really understand their business and how they operate, which in turn enables us to identify and work with candidates who meet the job requirements and fit the company ethos and culture, resulting in us delivering just what is needed. At the same time we like to get to know the candidates we are working with. We start with a phone call, often after an introduction or referral then follow this up with a face to face meeting where we discuss an individuals' ambitions and plans for the future. At this stage we can assess their suitability for the role and organisation then brief and guide them through the interview and offer process through to starting and beyond.
