The ELL Foundation operates as a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization that supports the rights of food allergic children to eat safe foods and to engage safety in learning and recreational environments. In support of its mission, ELL focuses on the following primary initiatives: • To assist consumers when a food product is suspected to have caused an allergic reaction due to inaccurate allergen ingredient labeling • To provide food allergy safety education and training as part of the Protect Allergic Children (PAC) Program; a series of training services for schools, camps, child care facilities, hospitals and for food allergic families. A team of certified PAC Consultants are managed to fulfill the PAC services The ELL Foundation is supported by an impressive Board of Directors and team of Advisors.
