The Emotional Blueprint (TEG-Blue) is a layered, visual framework that maps how emotions, nervous systems, survival strategies, and identity form and evolve—especially in people who’ve had to survive in environments that didn’t see them. Built during trauma recovery, TEG-Blue offers a completely new way to understand emotional experience: not just as feelings, but as systemic, embodied responses shaped by relational patterns, power dynamics, and unprocessed pain. This project was built alone—while navigating emotional abuse, life collapse, and complete rupture—by a neurodivergent thinker and designer committed to translating what others couldn’t name. At its core, TEG-Blue is a tool for: • Trauma-informed emotional literacy • Neurodivergent clarity & self-trust • Mapping manipulation, survival responses, and relational harm • Reclaiming emotional truth in a world that often gaslights it It speaks in layers. In gradients. In visual systems that are easy to feel and hard to unsee. We believe emotional systems should be teachable, measurable, and accessible—not vague, pathologizing, or hidden behind academic walls.
