We were tired of non-actionable and outdated health and fitness advice. The Energy Lab emerged from the quest for a balanced lifestyle between myself as a physical being and the digital world in which we work and connect. We’re on a mission to help 10k entrepreneurs build optimal performance & well-being by 2026. How we do that? We educate on holistic fitness & health-focused lifestyle design, personal growth, and energy management. We’re the go-to guys for wealth builders. But in a more fundamental sense because: "The first wealth is health,” to quote Emerson. We believe optimal health is the foundation upon which to build — a life, a community, an economy. Why we do it? We envision a future in which the vast majority of people feel energized all day, every day, while wholeheartedly pursuing their purpose and shaping a thriving planet Earth.
