About The EQ School

The EQ School teaches workshops and provides 1:1 coaching to people who wish to improve their emotional intelligence skills. Every month, we teach a 4 week workshop on each of the areas of EQ: Self Awareness, Self Management, Social Awareness, and Relationship Management. We also add workshops on relevant topics, like Boundaries, Designing Work Culture, or Feedback. These workshops and the coaching sessions are especially helpful for people feeling “stuck” in their lives, or who are ready to move on to the next level or stage of work, relationships, or general happiness. The sessions are designed to help you learn tools for working through adversity while learning to appreciate and become more confident in your own strengths and abilities.
