About The Evergreen Association of WNY
The Evergreen Association is proud to represent a network of nonprofit agencies including Evergreen Health, the Pride Center of WNY and Community Access Services of WNY. The Association works collectively to address the health care and related needs of individuals and families living in the eight counties of WNY. Increasingly, we work with underserved and/or stigmatized individuals dealing with multiple chronic diseases such as HIV, diabetes and heart disease, mental health challenges and substance use; as well as with a variety of sexual minorities, many whom are inadequately treated by mainstream providers.
