The Excelsior Group (TEG) is a Twin Cities-based multifamily real estate company. TEG nimbly reacts to market conditions to develop and acquire multifamily properties that meet the needs and wants of residents while enhancing the broader community. Our culture of excellence makes us an exceptional steward of each property while engaging and fulfilling the members of our team. The Excelsior Group was formed by Chris Culp, Kim Culp, and Ted Glasrud in 2005 as a multifamily management, development, and acquisition company.
