About The Executive Health and Sports Center
We are a private, full-service facility, conveniently located next to the Manchester Airport. We offer two fitness rooms, a group exercise studio, a Yoga/ Pilates studio, a group Personal training center, 3 tennis courts, 7 racquetball courts, indoor track, basketball, pool, spa services and much more. We have fantastic personal trainers who are excited to help you meet your goals and have a brand new state-of-the-art Pilates Reformer studio. We offer a member café and newly renovated outdoor patio area where we serve food and spirits. We also have a brand new Executive Golf Performance training center. It is an ideal location for families- we offer many programs for kids of all ages. We offer swimming lessons and we even have our own Swim Team. We have Tennis and Racquetball camps, lessons and leagues as well as summer camps! Above and beyond all of our facility’s offerings, our "Commit to Get Fit" Program is a comprehensive nutrition and exercise program that runs for 90 days. It is run by one of our Wellness Coaches, and its purpose is to educate and motivate people to make healthy, sound choices regarding nutrition and exercise. It is much more about creating a healthy lifestyle than any diet!
