About The Factory Management Institute 🇺🇦
The Factory Management Institute's Spreading Knowledge is based on the Corporate Factory Management Thinking and Methodology, deployed by the excellent Japanese corporations such as Denso, Honda, Sumitomo, Toyota, etc, wisely shaped in an unprecedented way, by Sensei Koichi Kimura So far “Lean Management” had no structure defined but theoretically beef established to support Lean Manufacturing. The Factory Management System aims to show its real form through a proven methodology, which reflection is the Real Japanese Thinking Way of Corporate and Factory Management with All People's Participation. Thus, we define LEAN management or LEAN manufacturing as " a strategy aimed at operational excellence, the happiness of workers and the long life expectancy of companies, based on a clearly defined value to involve people in the continuous improvement of safety, morale, quality, costs, productivity and sales expansion." OUR MISSION AND PHILOSOPHY (update to December 2020): We want to provide a universal and accessible guide to developing manufacturing excellence. Thus, we define an excellent entity under the following four basic premises: Employee Engagement, Continuous Benefits, Business Long Lifespan, Renown, and Recognition. Thus, the Factory Management Institute book of knowledge aims to build a culture that motivates, excites, and enlightens the worker toward work, and to create a Fast and action-oriented decision-making system, as the two means to achieve these four premises of the excellent factory. The Factory Management Institute is a nonprofit education entity in a period of incorporation and searching for the best permanent location.
