About The Failure Talks
My name is Dejan - The Failure Enthusiast - and I started the Fuckup Nights in 2014 in Austria after having witnessed that business owners were afraid of taking risks. Funny enough it took the epic fail of my own business years later to really open my eyes. Only then did I realize that ironically what accelerated my own fail, was the fear of failing itself. After reflecting on my own fuckup I vowed to myself, that I would not only banish the fear of failing from my life but also foster my entrepreneurial skills by reflecting on failure and prevent others from making the same mistakes that already had been done by somebody else. Together with David and Florian, we've created this new channel around failures. We believe, that every failure has a story and every story has a lesson.
