About The Falls On The Colorado Museum
The Falls On The Colorado Museum is a non-profit museum based out of 2001 Broadway in Marble Falls, Texas, United States. The Falls on the Colorado Museum brings the story of Marble Falls to life through artifacts dating from the prehistoric era up to the present. The Museum boasts an extensive collection of photographs portraying life in the early 1900s. Our kitchen without electricity exhibit takes visitors back to a simpler time. Other displays deal with Marble Falls schools, farm and ranch life, early Mormon settlement, geology, lakes, rivers, and dams. The museum's collection of Native American artifacts and our beloved Rockie—a 700-year-old bison—are of particular interest to visitors. The Museum also presents a variety of temporary exhibits in the Madolyn Frasier Room.
