Healthy Home in 4 Weeks: a mid-range programme designed to kick-start core habits around mealtimes, movement, and mindful living. 1:1 Family Health Coaching: a fully bespoke 12-week journey into generational health and sustainable wellbeing. Each programme is built with real life in mind, supporting families at all stages - from pregnancy to postnatal and beyond - with practical, flexible delivery both online and in person.
