We are a British company that has been established for 30 years with International Ambassadors representing us around the world. Everything we do here is based on 4 beliefs: 1/ BE Fantastic - Good is not enough anymore! To stand out from the crowd you have to be 'fantastic' at what you do (whatever that is! Our core business is in the salon industry because of Alan's past career with L'Oreal Professional, but everything we do is transferable & we've worked successfully in many other sectors). 2/ The 50% Rule - We believe that 50% of what makes someone fantastic at their job has nothing to do with their job!! What makes a great salesperson? 50% is about selling - the job - but the 50% that really makes the difference is the other stuff - confidence, motivation, commitment, self-motivation, responsibility, focus, customer service, interpersonal skills etc. You can be salesperson without the 'other 50%', but you will never be a fantastic one! This can be applied to any job; manager, salon professional or even bin men or surgeons! 3/ Motivation is Easy - When you motivate people with things that motivate them, motivation is easy - motivating people with things that don't - well, yes, that's hard! Everyone want's engagement & creativity from their team, but if what you are doing to motivate people is not engaging or motivating them..! 4. Simplicity is Smart - complexity is not clever! We wouldn't still be here after 30 years if what we do didn't work. Our content obviously has to be great and relevant, but it's our delivery in a humorous, straightforward yet effective way that really gets the results.
