The old Wichita High School building has turned into an upscale apartment community in Wichita's Old Town area. This fully gated community has so much to offer including unique apartments that have a stackable washer & dryer and all kitchen appliances. In June of 2016 we added another 72 units in a new, modern, larger city, style apartment building, that was built directly behind the historical building. Because of this addition we are now able to offer historical/edgy apartments and new/modern style apartments, to have something for everyone's needs! With this addition we now offer more amenities that include a salt-water pool, pet park, pet washing facility, covered parking, an internet cafe & lounge and more! You can live in the heart of an ever changing city giving you access to all things new like the Downtown YMCA & Intrust Bank Arena- both within walking distance. Old Town comes alive every night and is the place to be in Wichita for a movie, a show, or a live band performance. The views around town are all accessible from our central location.
